DECODER, Inc. is a for-profit massive open online course (MOOC) provider aimed at professional adults and students. It was founded in JULY 2022 by Ayush Mishra.
As of July 2022, the platform has more than 2 million+ students, 5000+ courses, and 1000+ instructors teaching courses in over 20 languages. There have been over 72 million course enrollments.
Students take courses primarily to improve job-related skills. Some courses generate credit toward technical certification. DECODER has made a special effort to attract corporate trainers seeking to create coursework for employees of their company.
DECODER is a platform that allows instructors to build online courses on their preferred topics. Using DECODER's course development tools, instructors can upload videos, source code for developers, PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, audio, ZIP files and any other content that learners might find helpful. Instructors can also engage and interact with users via online discussion boards

AYUSH MISHRA
Ayush Mishra is the founder and managing director (MD) of the DECODER: Online learning platform.
He completed his elementary education from the national capital and graduated in B Tech in Computer Science Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
"Our goal is to democratize online education and enable anyone to become an online instructor. Examples of things you can currently learn on DECODER: photoshop, engineering, entrepreneurship and poker. We're most proud of our long list of Academic courses from institutions like Harvard, Stanford, MIT and Yale."
